Job Description

ELEVATING EFFICENCY OF ALL MARKETING’S PROJECT LEADERS AND MANAGERS

Aiming for department administrative excellence with new ideas for optimisation of processes in Marketing Team

Serve as the connective tissue for 6 departmental collaborations to streamline project timelines. Managing technical side of projects planning (timing, documentation).

Organising documents flow across Marketing department. Reduce administrative workload for project managers in marketing through effective task management i.e. by overseeing legal documentation for all marketing project & managing team meetings.

Support event logistics incl.VIP zones, overseeing marketing tools transportation, enhancing operational smoothness and freeing time of event team.

SUPPORT BRAND MARKETING TEAM

Support the introduction of new products and ensure compliance with new regulations.

Manage process of updating product lables and POS materials for new products.

Product Expert project Coordination: ensuring our employees and ambassadors have the right tools to address product concerns with their stakeholders.

Manage label changes, packshots, dedicated communication in POS projects, and preparation of assets for PEMO communication.

Ensure NPD documents compliance with new regulations and enhance the brand’s sustainable image.

PARTNER MARKETING DIRECTOR IN DAILY TASKS

Managing Marketing Director’s schedule

Organizing internal and external meetings with business partners and external institutions

Ensuring proper flow of contracts and documents

Preparing reports, summaries, and presentations

Managing administrative budgets

Supporting the Marketing Leadership Team in administrative tasks.

Qualifications

Experience in project coordination, possibly of student/academic projects.

Experience of working in group, proven communication skils.

Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.

Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.

An entrepreneurial ‘can-do’ attitude facilitated by continuous learning and application of appropriate ‘best practices’

Basic project management skills.

Fluency in Microsoft Power Point, Outlook, Excel.

English – C1.
