Axis has something great to offer! An exciting curricular internship in our Assgo office (Milan) in Italy.

As a Marketing intern, you will be part of the Marketing team in Italy as well as the Southern Europe marketing team.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

You will be involved in all the marketing and communication activities, having a 360° understanding of our strategy and plans. This includes event marketing, content proofreading or creation and promotion, digital marketing, and any other marketing technique.

You will especially be responsible for the operational aspects and the success of our Academy & certification program, a key initiative to make our partners our best ambassadors. This requires a close collaboration with our trainer and sales team.

You will be involved in all Southern Europe meetings and relevant EMEA ones and will collaborate with our headquarter in Sweden and suppliers.

Event Marketing

• Support and promotion of the Axis Communications Academy (training courses) in close collaboration with the local trainer and Channel marketing specialist in Italy
• Support in organisation and management of events, including webinars together with the Integrated marketing specialist and Channel marketing specialist
• Performance analysis & feedback

Communication

• Collaborating with our PR agency, checking translations and product data sheets
• Supporting the revision and control of content for the blog and newsroom
• Direct mailing campaigns to existing customers and prospects, enewsletters management (Pardot)
• Support on digital marketing and social media management activities
• Participation to the implementation of EMEA, regional and local marketing campaigns

Other activities

• data processing and enhancement in our CRM (Salesforce)
• monitoring the marketing warehouse containing goodies and material for events

Your role will require to interact with headquarter in Sweden and external suppliers. Potential travels in Italy.
