About the Position 

We are looking for an experienced content marketing specialist to join our growing global marketing team at AvePoint. In this role, you will create compelling content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and demand for our various programs and audiences worldwide. 

You thrive in a fast-paced content production environment and enjoy researching and learning about new topics. You have a track record of producing high-quality content at scale while ensuring alignment with digital marketing and SEO goals. Your ability to simplify complex concepts into engaging content makes you a trusted partner for global marketing initiatives and internal teams. 

Specific Responsibilities 

  • Research our global services, industries, and audiences to inform content strategy and creation across regions. 
  • Project manage and produce content for global campaigns and programs, ensuring alignment with digital marketing and SEO objectives. 
  • Collaborate with worldwide content, creative, and communications teams to optimize content production and expand our footprint. 
  • Create exciting, high-level content, including landing pages, pillar pages, videos, scripts, social posts, etc. 
  • Partner with internal groups like communications, HR, and other functional departments to produce content that meets their needs. 
  • Optimize existing content for improvements in consistency, grammar, brand tone, and SEO. 

What You Will Bring to Our Team 

  • 3-5 years experience creating global B2B content, ideally in the tech industry. 
  • Outstanding research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Successful track record writing various high-level content formats and mediums. 
  • Discipline to deliver polished content on tight deadlines. 
  • Keen eye for detail, grammar, and brand voice. 
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and shifting priorities. 
  • Receptive to feedback and focused on continuous content quality improvement. 
  • Eagerness to experiment with new content types and channels. 
  • Commitment to content that engages our worldwide and internal audiences.
