Your Impact:
In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives to design and implement communications strategies that align with Single-Family’s priorities and objectives, advancing company goals and resonating with key audiences. Your leadership will combine deep organizational insight with a forward-thinking approach, guiding our audiences through change.
Your expertise will be instrumental in driving these efforts:
- Amplifying Executive Messaging: Offering dedicated communications support for Single-Family Division heads, build thought leadership strategies to elevate our executive presence through insights articles, interviews, speaking engagements, and use strong editing skills to refine leadership communications for clarity and impact, adapting tone and style for audience and channel.
- Unifying Single-Family Strategies: Collaborate with Corporate PR and Creative Services for a unified Single-Family strategy and cohesive identity.
- Elevating Experience: Coordinate leadership presence and employee engagement with business strategies, lead all aspects of high-quality content development (includes emails, articles, presentations, videos, and podcasts), influence consistency of our external presence (through Speakers Bureau coordination, Advisory Board engagement, and social media use), and lead all aspects of internal communications channels (includes newsletters, portals, and events).
- Managing Change: Adapt quickly to changing priorities, maintain value delivery, build flexible processes for communication, support organizational changes, manage reputational risks.
- Fostering Collaboration: Lead team of strategists and communicators, align messaging across HR, PR, marketing, and leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 12+ years of relevant executive and communications leadership experience.
- 4+ years of direct people management experience.
- Experience using written, visual, and audio communications across a variety of in-person and digital platforms.
- Strong customer service orientation along with outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation, and editing skills.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with senior executives, internal collaborators, and managing change communications.
- Proven ability to define marketing objectives, developing strategic plans to achieve them, and leading high-quality execution.
- Experience or knowledge of mortgage industry or financial services is a plus.
- Certification or knowledge of change management frameworks is a plus.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $183,000 - $275,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
