About the Job…
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director of B2B Marketing to lead the marketing strategy for our enterprise solutions and global business. In this high-impact role, you will develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive ATD’s Enterprise Solution brand awareness, audience engagement, and sales pipeline growth among enterprise and executive audiences. You will also be responsible for expanding our global presence leading the global marketing team. This role requires a proven leader who can inspire a high-performing team, collaborate cross-functionally, and align marketing initiatives with sales goals to fuel business success.
As the Director, B2B Marketing at ATD, you will report to our Senior Director, Marketing & Digital Strategy and will manage three direct reports.
Specifically, the key initiatives and responsibilities of this role include:

Design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to position the

company's enterprise solutions as industry leaders and drive revenue growth.

Develop and execute strategies to expand the reach and engagement of enterprise, executive-level and global audiences, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Promote and drive the growth of ATD's products and services tailored for executive and global audience.

Drive sales pipeline growth by leveraging demand generation, digital marketing, and account-based marketing strategies tailored to enterprise buyers.

Lead/Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, whitepapers, case studies, website content, and thought leadership pieces.

Develop content strategies that position the company as a trusted thought leader in the L&D enterprise solutions space.

Develop and execute marketing plans tailored to global audiences focusing on the Middle East, North Africa and Asia Pacific regions, outlining key strategies, objectives, and tactics to drive revenue growth.

Establish a robust feedback and reporting process with sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with sales needs and to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing enterprise marketing, demand generation and global marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using insights to refine strategies and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders.
About You...

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, enterprise marketing, or global marketing roles.

Proven leadership experience, including managing and developing high-performing marketing teams.

Experience in L&D, professional development, education, or training industry is a plus.

Global marketing experience, particularly in Middle East, North Africa, and Asia Pacific regions, is highly preferred.

Strong strategic planning and execution skills to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns.

Expertise in content marketing, thought leadership, and sales enablement.

Ability to drive brand awareness and sales pipeline growth through innovative demand generation strategies.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and performance measurement.

Exceptional collaboration and cross-functional leadership skills to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.

Ability to analyze marketing data, measure ROI, and continuously optimize campaigns.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing materials tailored for enterprise and executive audiences.

Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with multiple stakeholders.
