Responsibilities:

Development and implementation of an annual local marketing communication plan that is aligned with local, regional & global strategies as well as sales objectives

Conception, planning, implementation and monitoring of our cross-channel campaigns online/ offline as well as continuous further development
-
Creation, development and translation of high-quality and engaging content for various platforms that resonates with the target audience and calls to action.

Planning and organization of local trade fairs, conferences, webinars, and other events
-
Responsibility for the website and for the further development, optimization, and maintenance of our online marketing measures (including newsletters, social media, Google Adwords)

Responsibility for internal and external brand management (e.g., adverts, business cards, company clothing, promotional gifts, presentations). As well as conducting training for colleagues to ensure consistent implementation.

Maintaining good communication and collaboration with internal teams (e.g., KLBNL Sales Team, KLEU-Central MarCom Team), external partners and agencies

Continuously monitor the performance of all marketing measures, analyze market trends, and regularly report on campaign successes and challenges
Qualifications:
-
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or a comparable field
-
At least 2-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in an environment with products that require explanation as well as technical understanding and the ability to communicate complex issues clearly

Excellent knowledge of English, Dutch and French (written and spoken)

Experience with common marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Matomo, CRM, LinkedIn, Marketo)

High level of creativity, strong communication skills, a hands-on mentality, and a structured way of working

Excellent project management skills, high attention to detail and the ability to work in an organized and efficient manner and prioritize tasks
