Summary:

The Marketing Analyst/Inside Sales Analyst is responsible for day-to-day sales and marketing support functions, such as: brand/wholesale analysis, opportunity entry, operations changes, problem resolution, and customer service. This position is responsible for developing and building relationships with both internal and external marketing stakeholders. The Analyst works closely with the Territory Managers and Region Business Supervisors to ensure that customer needs are met, and works to ensure that all customer supply questions, quotes, and analyses are done in an accurate and timely manner. The ideal candidate has the ability to build customer relationships through communication and responsiveness, and strives for 100% customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Enters operations changes in Sales Force
  • Inputs site gridding
  • Reviews current Sales Force accounts and opportunities
  • Completes customer case entries and follow ups in Sales Force
  • Responds to, and follows up with, Authorization Analyst requests
  • Handles customer comments and complaints
  • Manages the full administrative cycle of Brand/WH opportunities
    • Initial Analysis (What-If or RFP Builder)
    • Completes bid tracker entry and follow up
    • Handles analysis modifications and updates throughout negotiation
    • Enters Sales Force meeting notes
    • Enters HotDocs Statement of Terms
    • Sales Force Opportunity creation and submission
    • Interfaces with legal on contract drafting
    • Closes out Sales Force opportunities
    • Conducts post audits
  • Responsible for customer communication/requests
  • Works with scheduling/pricing, to communicate any disruption or changes in supply to field and customer base in timely fashion
    • Manages customer allocation and Exhibit A performance
    • Submits requests in Allocation Manager
    • Assists Territory Managers in underlift reviews
    • Handles carrier setup
    • Rebills
  • Supports Region Business Supervisor
  • Assists marketing field members with ad-hoc analysis, forecasting, contract analysis, and financial model analysis. Supports the field with daily, weekly, and monthly allocation/analysis requests. Supports budget and other internal processes as needed.
  • Supports strategies to enhance commercial value. Maintains positive customer relationships and promptly addresses customer concerns.
  • Supports business process improvement ideas that create internal process efficiencies and/or reduce transactional or administrative costs for customers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or other related discipline required or five (5) years of experience in lieu.
• Two (2) or more years of experience in Analytics, Pricing, Fuel Marketing Sales, Revenue and Profitability Management, or other related experience required.
