Position Summary
Marketing Administration Trainee will be responsible for the Samsung marketing budget administration ensuring the necessary support for budget administration in the correct manner, following all KPI’s and making sure that all processes are submitted on time.

Key objectives
Through creating all necessary administrational tasks ensure that all campaigns and marketing activity can start on time.
Main responsibilities
- Support Marketing Administration Specialist in the Invoice settlement process
- Gather all relevant evidence from project stakeholders in order to be able to start fulfilment certificate approvals.
- Send evidence with relevant numbers to SSC when fulfilment certificate has been signed.
- Prepare Plan Proposals for all own marketing activities on time ensuring that approval process is completed before activity starts adhering all related Samsung regulations.
- Ensure the necessary support for the budget administration in the correct manner, following the KPI’s.
- Supervise BQMS process is completed on time keep continuous contact with Marketing Procurement Manager to smooth the process.
- Keep contact with marketing vendors related to payment management, ensuring that invoices arrive on time with relevant evidence of the activity.
- Keep continuous contact with SSC for smooth operation ensuring that all EOs are closed on due date.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate (just completed BSc degree) or ongoing MSc studies
- Worked successfully with international teams and in a multi-cultural environment
- Well organized, very accurate with good Excel skills
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office Applications, including Word and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Fluent in Hungarian (spoken and written)
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and logical thinking
- Ability to perform under pressure
