As a participant in our 24-month Graduate Programme, you'll will get the chance to work with many highly skilled professionals and different segments within ship management.
Your Journey:

Diverse Rotations: You'll experience rotations across our business segments, and, during one of these rotations, you'll embark on an international adventure, gaining valuable global insights.

Vessel operation: Of several vessel types as ro-ro, heavy-lift, tankers and cruise

Vessel visits.

Vessel dry docking: planning and preparation

Dry docking @ yard: execution

New building planning.

Newbuilding site team.

Sustainability and ESG: Examine various environmental, social and governance challenges.

Data Analytics, Data Science, and AI: Harness the power of data-driven insights.

Software Development: Shape the digital future of maritime solutions.

Who We're Looking For:
To thrive in our Graduate Programme, you should possess:

A Master's degree in engineering,

Either fresh out of school.

An insatiable curiosity and a passion for embracing new technology.

A problem-solving mindset with a knack for innovation and fresh approaches.

Excellent communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders and foster inclusivity.
