As a participant in our 24-month Graduate Programme, you'll will get the chance to work with many highly skilled professionals and different segments within ship management.

Your Journey: 

  • Diverse Rotations: You'll experience rotations across our business segments, and, during one of these rotations, you'll embark on an international adventure, gaining valuable global insights. 

  • Areas of Impact: As a Wilhelmsen Ship Management, you'll contribute to various areas, such as:

  • Vessel operation: Of several vessel types as ro-ro, heavy-lift, tankers and cruise

  • Vessel visits.

  • Vessel dry docking: planning and preparation

  • Dry docking @ yard: execution

  • New building planning.

  • Newbuilding site team.

  • Sustainability and ESG: Examine various environmental, social and governance challenges.

  • Data Analytics, Data Science, and AI: Harness the power of data-driven insights.

  • Software Development: Shape the digital future of maritime solutions.

  • Business Development: Drive growth and expansion strategies.

Who We're Looking For:

To thrive in our Graduate Programme, you should possess:

  • A Master's degree in engineering,

  • Either fresh out of school.

  • An insatiable curiosity and a passion for embracing new technology.

  • A problem-solving mindset with a knack for innovation and fresh approaches.

  • Excellent communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders and foster inclusivity.
