We are looking for an HR Project and Transformation Manager to join our HR management team in Global Business Services at Wilhelmsen. Our global HR organization delivers a full range of HR services to business units across the Wilhelmsen group with employees located in almost 60 countries.
As HR Project and Transformation Manager, you will report directly to the VP Human Resources and be responsible for managing a global portfolio of HR projects across the employee lifecycle, ensuring the successful implementation and continuous improvement of key HR processes. You will also be responsible for leading selected projects in the HR project portfolio, in close collaboration with the central HR Centre of Expertise, HR Technology team and regional HR Directors.
Our ideal candidate will ideally have project management experience, ideally a consulting background, and have overall knowledge and interest in people and HR processes, together with a good understanding of HR technology and digital tools. Workday and ServiceNow knowledge would be an advantage.
What you will work on:

Manage the global portfolio of HR projects in Global Business Services and take an active role in further improving PMO and project management processes / ways of working

Plan, execute and implement people and HR projects related to process improvement, M&A, digitalization and organizational change from initial business case, through to completion

Collaborate closely with global HR Centre of Expertise and HR Technology teams and HR network on driving improvements across the employee lifecycle

Actively promote continuous improvement in the organization and actively identify, analyze and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvement opportunities as well as support on qualifying improvement ideas into concrete initiatives and projects

Ensure focus on qualitative and quantitative project objectives and improvements and ensure that benefits are measured (KPIs), followed up and realized

Participate in and contribute to the project management community across other support functions within Global Business Services (Finance, IT)
Qualifications you have for this role:

Bachelor degree or equivalent preferably from Human Resource Management or Business Administration or equivalent. Extensive work experience can compensate.

Minimum 3 years experience in a project management role, ideally within consulting

Broad knowledge and extensive work experience within global HR / people processes, organizational development &/or talent management

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and cooperate with stakeholders at all levels

A strong interest in &/ or experience of technology and digitalization within the HR field (e.g. Workday, ServiceNow)

Good influencing skills, with ambition and ability to drive change

Structured, analytical and well organized

General business understanding and global experience

Good communication skills and command of the English language (oral and written)
