Job Description
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide
- timely and meaningful feedback.
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities to meet project deadlines.
- Identify, document, and thoroughly track bugs through to resolution.
- Perform rigorous regression testing after bug fixes.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify
- and address system requirements.
- Monitor debugging processes and report results.
- Investigate the root causes of non-conforming software and suggest practical
- solutions.
- Track and report quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities and open defect
- counts.
- Stay updated with new testing tools, strategies, and industry best practices.
- Develop clean, high-quality scripts to automate testing of product functionality.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience in software development or software quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in developing automated test cases using tools such as Protractor and
- Selenium.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication
- abilities.
Nice to have:
- Experience with performance and/or security testing.
- Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks or technologies.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines.
- A passion for staying up-to-date with cutting-edge QA tools and strategies.
- Experience with Android/iOS app testing.
- ISTQB foundations
