Job Description:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study or equivalent years of related work experience required
Work Experiences:
- 10 + years of experience leading an International team managing the production of consumer goods
- 5 + years of experience in a leadership role
Skills:
- A strong leader with exceptional management abilities
- In-depth understanding of the Product Development and Sourcing process for Apparel, Footwear and Hardgoods processes
- Effective collaborator with executives and senior leaders throughout the organization
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness
- Ability to build and energize the sourcing organization
- Highly developed interpersonal skills for dealing with sensitive situations, cultural differences, and multi-national business negotiations
- Ability to develop talent at all levels of the organization
- Track record of attracting, developing and retaining talented professionals

Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and oversight of all International based sourcing operations ensuring continuity of supply, speed to market, competitive pricing, and compliance to all regulatory and ethical requirements
- Lead a team of sourcing, production, factory compliance, and quality assurances professionals to oversee the production of private branded goods
- Lead the execution of sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings, quality improvements, and mitigation of tariffs and duties
- Collaborate with sourcing, product development, import logistics and customs compliance teams to develop and implement department-specific development calendars that clearly delineate key deadlines, meetings, and responsibilities for each development season
- Delivery against KPI’s including ship on time, cost savings, and risk mitigation
- Development and ownership of process to monitor and report on achievement of key deadlines for all overseas sourcing functions
- Lead the management, preparation and presentation of all budgets for International Operations departments
- Develop a thorough understanding of Academy policies, procedures, and safety rules
- Duties may change; team member may be required to perform other duties as assigned

- Up to 25% travel required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including, but not limited to nights, weekends and holidays as necessary
