Managers for Chicago, IL location. Manage technical staff for multiple team projects. Manage full life-cycle of large, complex cross-functional, multi-team IT projects and programs with considerable impact across multiple organizations in customer-facing environment. Accountable for successful deliveries and KPI achievements. Manage cross functional projects, business domain/systems capability leadership, resource planning, lead customer onboarding projects. Oversee strategic business relationships with customers. Lead customer onboarding projects with diverse teams, including vendors and consultants. Coordinate work and deliverables, provide appropriate communication to all project stakeholders (external and internal) including senior level management in order to ensure successful project completion and/or compliance of Service Level Agreements (SLA). Recommend and implement project structure and processes to meet new and challenging business needs using advanced project management skills. Responsible for maintaining relationships with major external customers and sales personnel, and acting as a product, process and/or system expert in handling complex design and implementation activities. Establish new and improved project, business and company standards. Ensure all existing standards and processes are in compliance on all projects. Plan and manage the resource capacity of teams to meet the current and future project needs. Rally, Gerkin; Python; SQL; Smartsheets; MS Project.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineer or any Engineering field plus 5 years of progressive experience in IT project management or business intelligence or data analysis required. Required skills: Experience delivering IT technology services in project management in large, complex technical, customer-facing environment; demonstrated experience of Lean-Agile practices and principles, and using Agile project delivery approaches such as Scrum and Kanban; process automation; working on multiple projects (8-10) simultaneously and with RPA tools (WorkFusion, Power Automat); and with ETL tools (Ab-Initio) including Transform; proven successful experience managing projects/programs of $1M in budget/revenue; experience working with 3rd party vendors (software evaluation, onshore/ offshore workers); Informatica; Python; SQL; Smartsheets; MS Project; Agile (Scrum Master, Product Owner, Safe Agilist, SAFe Scrum Master) Jira, Rally; excellent communication, negotiation, relationship building skills, Some telecommuting permitted.
