Job Description
- Website Management: Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of the company's website to ensure a seamless user experience, improved site performance, and up-to-date content.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement SEO strategies to enhance the website's visibility on search engines, drive organic traffic, and improve search engine rankings
- Content Creation and Management: Develop, manage, and distribute high-quality content that aligns with the brand's voice and marketing goals, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and videos.
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Manage paid search campaigns to drive targeted traffic to the website, optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, and monitor performance to maximize ROI.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of web content, SEO, and SEM efforts, generate reports, analyze data, and provide insights to inform future strategies.
Qualification & Experience:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 6-7 years of experience in Marketing and a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in SEO and SEM roles
- Proven experience in planning, developing, and implementing successful SEO and SEM strategies
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Moz, SEMrush) and SEM platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads)
- Experience in monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web analytics tools
- Excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams
