Right now we're looking for an experienced, enthusiastic & highly motivated Partner Marketing Specialist to support Cloudflare's partner strategy and execution across Asia Pacific, Japan, and China. You will be laser focused on growing partner revenue, building a partner community and integrating partner marketing into the overall regional strategic growth initiatives. You have a passion for working with a diverse set of partner stakeholders, are obsessed with data as a basis for planning and optimizing; you are detail oriented, very familiar with the cybersecurity marketplace and you like to Get Stuff Done.
Here's what you will do:

  • Support Partner Marketing Execution: Assist in implementing the APJC Channel Marketing Strategy to drive partner-sourced pipeline, partner engagement, and revenue growth.
  • MDF Coordination: Support the regional management of the Market Development Funds (MDF) program, including partner submissions, tracking, reporting, and reviewing ROI.
  • Marketing Content Localisation: Work with global marketing teams to adapt marketing campaigns and assets for channel partners, including co-branding, co-selling, and campaign assets.
  • Campaign Execution & Event Support: Assist in the execution of partner marketing campaigns and events, including digital initiatives, in-person activations, and sponsorships.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor the effectiveness of marketing programs, support SFDC campaign tracking, and contribute to post-event and campaign performance analysis.
  • Incentive Program Support: Assist in the development and rollout of local channel incentive programs to drive partner engagement and pipeline growth.
  • Distributor & Tier 2 Partner Marketing: Support marketing initiatives with distributors and Tier 2 partners, helping drive demand generation, enablement, and pipeline growth through scalable marketing programs.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key distributors and partners, supporting their marketing initiatives and ensuring alignment with Cloudflare's strategy.
  • Partner Communications: Help manage partner newsletters, webinars, and case studies to keep partners informed and engaged.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Partner Sales, Channel Account Managers, and Global Marketing, to align on partner marketing initiatives.


Desirable skills, knowledge and qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B partner marketing, alliances, or channel marketing, preferably within the enterprise technology or cybersecurity industry.
  • Proven Results: Demonstrated track record of executing partner-led demand generation programs that drive measurable business impact.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage, persuade, and present effectively to senior-level audiences.
  • Project Leadership: Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team, building strong relationships with stakeholders across different regions and functions.
  • Audience Insight: A deep understanding of the cybersecurity market and the challenges faced by decision-makers in enterprise companies across the APJC region.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required. Additional language skills relevant to the Asia Pacific region are desirable.
  • Analytical and Creative Thinking: Ability to think analytically and creatively to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns
