Holman is currently accepting applications for the position of Manager- Talent Development.

Primary Tasks:

  • Support the development and implementation for the organization’s talent development strategy focused on leadership development, skill development, retention, engagement and succession planning
  • Review, track, and analyze data to deliver recommendations in alignment with talent strategy
  • Partner with Holman University to build custom programming for the business based on trends related to performance and talent
  • Support all talent related exercises and coordinate follow up discussions and planning
  • Support Holman rotation programs to ensure a robust and seamless process
  • Track data related to performance management and develop resources to drive improvement. Evaluate current performance management cycle and opportunities for improvement
  • Create communication plans for talent management initiatives
  • Partner with Human Resources Business Partners and Business leaders to build development planning for teams
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned

Relevant Work Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience in talent development, leadership development, or organizational development roles, including 2+ at a leadership level designing and implementing talent development strategies, programs, and initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in reviewing, tracking and analyzing data related to talent management metrics
  • Proficient in project management to effectively plan, executive, and evaluate talent development programs and initiatives within established timelines
  • Proficient in delivery of feedback via coaching & development assessments and tools
  • Breadth and depth of technical or functional expertise in own area of responsibility or department; may be acquiring knowledge of other related areas of departments
  • Developing and implementing processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy

Education and/or Training:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Additional education, certifications, or other distinctions are a plus
  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
  • Proficient in Workday platform and its functionality

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $112,160.00 - $176,645.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay and bonus earnings.
