About the role:
The Manager Talent Acquisition will develop and execute recruiting strategies in alignment with company growth objectives. This role involves building strong relationships with hiring managers and business unit leaders to prioritize talent needs and align strategies to meet business objectives. The role will utilize data dashboards to develop data-driven recruitment strategies, and optimize processes using ATS, and recruitment tools.
You will:

Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and BU leaders to meet recruitment goals and identify and prioritize talent needs

Oversee end to end recruitment process of senior & executive level roles, take on additional requisitions when required
-
Attend weekly/bi-weekly Talent Acquisition meetings providing updates to Director of Talent Acquisition

Partner closely with People Business Partners to align recruitment strategies with broader organizational goals

Manage candidate pools from events, creating a system of governance to maintain pools of high potential candidates and tracking ROI

Manage Senior Recruiter(s) responsible for providing mentorship and further supporting their development

Utilize data dashboards to create quarterly business reviews for Executive Leadership Team and TA Leadership

Design and optimize recruitment strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to track trends looking at data points in order to maintain an efficient and streamlined recruitment

Collaborate with communications teams to enhance the company’s employer brand and execution of recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent

Leverage tools and technologies, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), and

recruitment marketing tools, to optimize workflows and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiencies

Partner with People Team colleagues to ensure global compliance with legal requirements and internal policies in recruitment practices.

Leads strategic recruitment initiatives, manages high priority and complex hiring needs along with the other recruitment needs of the business they support
You have:
-
Minimum 8 years of experience working in talent acquisition with demonstrated
experience recruiting across organizational functions -
Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting executive level roles
Experience with talent pipeline management and developing strategies for sustaining
long-term candidate engagement, particularly in competitive talent markets -
Experience working closely with hiring managers and business unit leaders to identify
and prioritize recruitment needs, ensuring alignment with business goals -
Proficiency with Workday, and other recruitment tools to streamline workflows and
enhance recruitment operations. -
Experience partnering with People Business Partners, Compensation, to align
recruitment strategies with broader organizational goals, ensuring that talent acquisition
efforts support business initiatives. -
Strong communication and relationship-building skills to foster collaboration across the
People Team and effective problem solving -
A strategic mindset, with experience managing high-priority and complex hiring needs,
while balancing multiple recruitment initiatives -

Pay Range: $120,000 - $140,000
