The Opportunity

Within Adobe’s Strategy, Design, and Emerging Products function, the SDE Strategy & Operations team impacts the business by aligning standard methodologies for strategic planning and operationalizing innovative growth initiatives. By aligning our efforts with Adobe’s long-term vision, we ensure that the company remains at the forefront of innovation and continues to grow in a structured and strategic manner.

Not only do we support current business operations, we're also paving the way for future growth and success. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager to partner with the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) practice lead to scale and improve our program which aims to create a shared language, framework, and tracking system for strategy execution throughout the company. This role provides the opportunity to learn about the Adobe business end-to-end, foster culture change aligned to our company values, and build strategic connective tissue for the organization.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, program management expertise, and experience in business process design with an appetite for continuous improvement and driving change.

What You'll Do

Process Management

· Own execution of the objectives and key results (OKR) cycle for the Strategy Function, including managing the calendar, monitoring data quality, coordinating with Champions, and delivering insights to leaders

· Understand and integrate existing planning motions within the business into a coordinated effort, and provide ongoing improvement recommendations to streamline strategy execution across the enterprise

Program Management & Operations

· Manage our portfolio of projects and workstreams

· Provide operational support to new adopters

· Collaborate with stakeholders from individual contributors to executives, ensuring high-quality targeted communication and professionalism

· Anticipate and solve problems independently, proposing solutions and trying new things while ensuring alignment with critical collaborators

· Proactively build data management practices that support our ability to demonstrate impact, craft compelling executive narratives, and lead the business of running this program

· Utilize SharePoint, MS Teams, and Excel to organize program data and resources

Organizational Change

· Manage program content, including training materials, segmented communications for all levels of audiences, and tools and resources to support strategy execution across the business, ensuring it is relevant, up-to-date accurate, and accessible

· Manage and engage with a community of practitioners, fostering engagement and collaboration.

· Own the data architecture of our SharePoint and ensure it meets the needs of our community, enabling their success.

· Apply strong PPT design skills to create visually appealing and effective presentations.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field or equivalent practice experience

· Exceptional interpersonal and project management skills.

· Attention to detail. Strong work ethic. Proactive self-starter. Calm. High EQ and business intuition. Able to adapt to fast paced, ambiguous environments. High learning agility. Consummate teammate. Patient and adaptability to meeting people where they are.

· Big picture thinking, intellectual curiosity, and experience working with leaders and cross functional groups.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, expertise in Microsoft Office Tools, especially PowerPoint and SharePoint. Data visualization tools are a plus.

· Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in program management, process design, business operations. Experience in strategy and operations at technology companies or consulting is a plus.

· Work in the Austin, TX office 1-2 days a week

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $84,900 -- $158,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
