We are seeking an experienced and skilled Software Test Engineering Manager with a strong testing and test automation background.
As a Software test engineering manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product by owning the product quality, managing the test engineering team, and working closely with the development teams to deliver high-quality products. Joining Tricentis in this role will allow you to work on the newest product in our portfolio: SeaLights.
SeaLights SaaS-based Platform enables automated identification and control of every Quality Risk across the entire delivery pipeline, for every single software change as well as testing optimization capabilities
Responsibilities:
- Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
- Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.
- Design and implement robust and scalable automating testing sets to ensure high code coverage.
- Lead and facilitate recurring escaping defects sessions and manage the action items implementation plan.
- Establish QA metrics and reporting dashboards for up and downstream stakeholders
- Take an active part in HO testing and automatic testing development (50%).
Qualifications:
- Proven background in leading QA team including QA methodologies and QA activities.
- Experience in writing test plans.
- Experience in troubleshooting issues and analyzing defects' root causes.
- Hands-on experience in developing automation tests and maintaining stable automation test sets over time.
- Experience developing CI jobs - Jenkins advantage
- DevOps mindset - delivery enabler
- Ability to teach and mentor the team
- Strong communication skills in English
- Good team collaboration skills.

- Experience with DevOps practices - CI/CD
- Experience working on a SaaS-based product - big Advantage
