• Manage the Sales Operations Team within Capita Experience to keep Salesforce updated. Structuring the team effectively to support verticals and capabilities

Job Description:
- Act as a business partner to the Sales team
- Create and manage regular cadence meetings, data analysis, operational process, and sales support
- Gather the necessary information and calculate the forecast outturn per month, quarter and year for the division
- Support sales processes as well as driving implementation & adoption of new tools and processes to continuously drive productivity improvement across the CE Sales teams
- Support specific initiatives as required, including Customer NPS survey, incentive alignment, Sales training programme, Sales capability assessments etc
- Take ownership for the integrity, accuracy and timeliness of Sales performance data & reporting
- Manage, build, and update key metrics for Sales via Salesforce Reports/Dashboards and Analytics
- Provide guidance to the central Salesforce team to ensure the user experience is effective and fields are reportable in an effective and efficient way
- Equip all stakeholders with insight led collateral, processes, tools and reporting to effectively engage with new and existing customers
- Continue to streamline the process to provide more focused notices in the shortest period possible using AI and incorporate processes into Salesforce
