Manager, Sales Operations will be responsible for improving sales effectiveness, process, and systems as part of the sales operations team. Manager, Sales Operations will also be responsible for assisting with sales compensation design, administering commissions plans, and performing sales analytics. This position will involve developing close partnerships with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, Finance, HR, and IT
Key Responsibilities include:
*Assist in managing the global sales operations function, partnering with cross-functional teams to identify system, data or process needs that can drive revenue growth
*Assist sales teams with quotes, appropriate revenue review requirements, and dashboards/reporting in Salesforce
*Partner with marketing and sales on lead generation process as well as assist in building systems to enable automated processing of potential prospects
*Assist with territory assignments and quota setting and commissions review.
* Ensure timely distribution and acceptance of quota letters and quarterly sales certification letters
*Work closely Human Resource and Finance team to track changes in sales employee data for new hires, terminations, transfers, compensation, and retroactive changes
*Oversee the support of preparation of key monthly commission reconciliation reports including reporting of monthly commission and sales attainment metrics.
*Periodic IC and sales reports based on KPIs e.g. MS, growth, units, value, attainment, metrics, YTD, contribution etc.
*Ad-hoc IC and sales analysis report
*A superior problem solver, possessing the initiative to look into the details and interpret the impact of key business drivers
*Excellent multi-tasker who has strong time and project management skills and understands the importance of planning in advance to meet deadlines that include multiple review points and iterations
*Perform lead, sales, pipeline, and other analysis to provide increased visibility to management
*Collaborate with Finance and Business Applications teams to establish and ensure standards for Salesforce and integrated system data quality (load, data hygiene, data integration)
*A strong team player with a positive, service-oriented attitude who drives process improvements to increase effectiveness of the team and minimize room for errors
*A self-starter and high-achiever with a focus on doing a great job
*Strong communicator, both written & verbal; reliable and responsive to email and phone communications
*Highest level of integrity and good judgment with the ability to effectively deal with highly sensitive, confidential information

* Strong communicator, both written & verbal; reliable and responsive to email and phone communications
Qualifications
*5+ years of experience in sales operations
*3+ years of experience having directly managed Salesforce and surrounding business processes such as forecasting, territory and quota setting, and data management; technical depth, having owned the configuration and administration of the system.
*3+ years of experience in sales compensation administration
*Experience in supporting a global sales team at a public SaaS company
*Salesforce and NetSuite experience preferred.
* Experience with reporting tools such as Xactly or a similar product
* Bachelor’s degree required
