The Manager, Sales Operations at CertifID has a unique opportunity to join a high-performing team at a Series B SaaS company and will be key in propelling the organization into our next phase of growth. Drive operational efficiency and scalability by optimizing processes, and leveraging technologies to ensure seamless execution and achieve quantifiable outcomes.


This role will play a key part in supporting strategic initiatives that drive growth and strengthen interdepartmental alignment. This individual will demonstrate a track record of effectively enhancing existing sales operations while consistently striving for ongoing optimization and refinement of team workflows to maximize success. Your recommendations and solutions will empower Account Executives and Business Development Representatives to improve predictability, drive success, and strengthen forecasting capabilities, while your problem-solving skills will drive operational excellence and top-line growth.


How you will make your impact: 


- Tech Stack Ownership: Manage and collaborate on the tech stack for Sales teams, ensuring optimal utilization of tools like Salesforce, PandaDoc, Gong, and LeanData.

- Data Integration: Facilitate seamless data integrity and consistency within Salesforce, enabling teams to make informed, data-driven decisions. Maintain parity and hygiene across all GTM systems to optimize reporting accuracy and support scalable growth across the organization.

- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, workflows, and standard operating procedures related to Salesforce processes. This will support training, enablement, and the scalable growth of sales operations. 

- Forecasting and Analysis: Play a key role in driving business strategy by supporting regular forecasting and analysis, enabling accurate capacity planning, resource allocation, and identifying strategic improvements to optimize growth and operational efficiency.

- Operationalize Outbound Efforts: Streamline outbound sales processes, optimize engagement tools, and provide ongoing support, including scalable solutions like territory planning, to drive successful campaigns and improve lead conversion.

- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate sales operations and implement data driven improvements that drive efficiency, streamline workflows, and refine the customer journey.


Experience:

- Proven experience in sales operations, preferably in a SaaS or software company where you built, maintained and owned technology systems.

- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, including customization, management, and optimization to support sales operations and drive data-driven decision-making. Experience with LeanData, CPQ software, contract/ESign tools, and Gong is a plus.

- Preferred experience in early-stage startup environments, contributing to the development and implementation of processes and systems, or playing a key role in building them out within a team.

- Preferred experience in territory and account planning, optimizing resource allocation, and driving sales effectiveness through structured assignments and prioritization.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions

- Exceptional communication and experience working collaboratively across departments, including Finance, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, to align sales operations with broader business objectives.

- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Open to feedback, eager to learn, and adaptable, with a strong willingness to grow and improve in both individual and team capacities.

- A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into tech-enabled processes to develop innovative solutions.

- Self-starter and able to determine priorities with minimal supervision

- An individual who is looking to build new skills, open to new ideas and failing fast
