POSITION SUMMARY: 

Cority is the industry-leading Environmental, Health, Safety, Quality, and Sustainability software provider to the world’s largest enterprises. To support this growth, we are seeking a Manager of Revenue Operations to scale our GTM operations, drive process alignment, and improve the revenue teams’ efficiency and effectiveness to support our growth targets.

You will manage a passionate Revenue Operations team of 4 and expand the forecasting & analytics function. The successful candidate is a hands-on and data-driven manager with experience in building analytical and forecasting models for sales and revenue teams and managing the many priorities of Rev Ops teams. The role supports the extended revenue team including marketing, sales, strategic solutions, and customer success.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the Revenue Operations team to boost productivity and success by overseeing the project list and day to day operations for the revenue teams.

  • Develop advanced analytics and forecasting models for the sales, marketing, strategic solutions, and customer success teams essential to make data-driven decisions. Partner with revenue leadership and finance to manage the forecasting and pipeline management process.

  • Monitor sales and operational processes including deal approvals, and recommend and execute business process improvements through data analysis, insights, understanding of operations best practices.
  • Partner with the sales enablement team to maintain playbooks and operational documentation for the revenue teams

  • Manage and optimize the revenue technology including but not limited to Salesforce, Clari, Gong, ZoomInfo, Zuora CPQ, and SalesLoft to support the revenue teams. Monitor data quality and implement data governance principles to ensure high data quality and reliable reporting.

  • Support revenue leadership in the annual and quarterly strategic planning process to enable Cority to achieve its objectives

QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS OF AN IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • University or College Degree in Business or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations in the SaaS enterprise software industry

  • 5+ years of experience with sales analytics, forecasting, and pipeline management

  • Deep experience leveraging the revenue technology to solve business problems

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to execute proactively and lead a project from conception to completion

  • Advanced expertise with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and relational databases and data hierarchies inside and outside of CRM. Experience with SQL is an asset.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

  • Strong team player, willing to share ideas and information with peers and business leaders

  • Strong attention to detail and organization

  • Demonstrated understanding of Revenue Operations best practices

  • Experience managing operational activities during mergers & acquisitions is an asset
