  • Deliver unit growth results in their region through existing customer expansion and new customer acquisition. Through both direct distributor activity and working with DSM team members
  • Responsible for designing and executing growth plays and assist in creation of new growth initiatives.
  • They will actively engage all assigned Distributors to promote sales growth in all available channels, while following a consistent Sales Excellence methodology
  • Establishes team and individual sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
  • Promote and model sales effectiveness in all ILD sales channels
  • Effective planning and coordination with the distributor with pre and post visit follow up and action items (plan, expectations, prep needed, time needed, local assistance needed, resources/personnel, tools, goal(s))
  • Leverage all existing tools for managing and demonstrating sales excellence (while identifying new tools to increase effectiveness)
  • Hire, coach, train, develop, and terminate sales staff
  • Consistently models both the Interstate and Sales Team Visions
  • Communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; upholding Interstate’s Purpose and Values through demonstrated actions
