Devsinc is looking for Media Strategist, a role at the intersection of executive communications, media relations, and digital brand building. In this position, you will serve as the strategic force behind the public image of our CEO, Usman Asif. This is not just a support role — it is a leadership position responsible for crafting and managing the CEO’s narrative across platforms, overseeing a skilled execution team, and traveling alongside the CEO to key engagements, conferences, and media opportunities both locally and internationally. This role blends the strategic mindset of a PR director with the digital fluency of a media strategist. You'll be the public-facing extension of the CEO, managing everything from press outreach and platform partnerships to keynote prep and digital influence strategy. Your work will directly impact how the CEO — and by extension, the company — is perceived across industries, regions, and audiences.

Requirements

Executive Brand Strategy & Public Relations

• Develop and lead the CEO’s comprehensive brand and visibility strategy, aligning with company objectives and thought leadership positioning.

• Write and manage the production of high-quality executive content — keynote speeches, articles, bios, press kits, and more. • Build and maintain relationships with top-tier media, leadership programs, global forums, and conference organizers.

• Actively secure and manage CEO participation in leadership programs, podcasts, panels, and international conferences.



Media Strategy & Digital Presence

• Lead the creation and execution of a cross-platform content strategy across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, Threads, and other relevant platforms.

• Oversee storytelling initiatives, campaigns, and content calendars, ensuring consistent tone and brand alignment.

• Collaborate with creative teams (video editors, designers, writers) to bring engaging and impactful content to life.

• Monitor digital engagement, identify high-value interactions, and leverage analytics to optimize reach and influence.

• Track performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and return on visibility (ROV) across channels.

• Ability to manage multimedia production — video scripting, editing feedback, and visual storytelling. Leadership, Team



Management & Operational Oversight

• Build, lead, and manage a high-performing team of content creators, social media managers, and communication specialists. • Ensure effective execution of strategic plans across functions — from public appearances to online content.

• Coordinate tightly with internal departments (marketing, design, product) to align messaging and opportunities.

• Represent the CEO in select meetings or communications as needed, demonstrating executive presence and discretion.



Travel & On-Site Support

• Accompany the CEO to national and international events, acting as a strategic and logistical lead on-site.

• Ensure CEO is prepped for all engagements, including speech briefings, talking points, and real-time media handling.

• Manage real-time content capture and live digital engagement at key events and conferences.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 6–10 years of experience in executive communications, PR, media strategy, or brand leadership roles.

• Proven experience managing or building a team of skilled media, content, and PR professionals.

• Exceptional communication skills — strategic writing, media engagement, and public speaking support.

• Deep understanding of the digital media landscape, thought leadership platforms, and influence ecosystems.

• Confident, professional, and comfortable in high-stakes environments with senior stakeholders and media.

•Experience working directly with C-suite executives, public figures, or high-growth startups is strongly preferred.

• Strong network within regional and international media and leadership communities.

• Exposure to or experience in tech/startup, venture capital, or innovation-driven environments is a plus
