Our main challenge will be to deliver our beverages to more than 5 000 athletes and officials, 25 000 workforce & volunteers and +5M visitors; while making those Games a strong driver of the overall Coca-Cola business’ acceleration from all angles (Marketing, Commercial, Revenue Growth Management, Human Resources, External and Internal communication, etc.).

Job summary
The Coca-Cola Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic & Paralympic Local Hospitality & Ticketing Manager, will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of local hospitality concepts and programs for different hospitality targets (such as customers, consumers, employees, stakeholders, etc.) in the different Olympic Venues (Milano, Cortina, Livigno, Bormio).
This person will report to the MICO26 Olympics & Paralympics Local Hospitality & Ticketing Director and work very closely with Coca-Cola Hellenic, and Coca-Cola Global Hospitality Director.
Speaking Italian and English is a must-have in this role, located in Milan - Italy, no relocation support provided. Fixed term contract until March 2026.
Main responsibilities*
- Manage the appointed local hospitality agency going forward
- Manage and develop effective relationships with OCOG, agencies, hotels and partners
- Manage, closely with the team, the event ticket allocation and distribution including tickets for the hospitality packages for the different departments, seat assignment for the different target groups
- Manage the relationship with the different internal stakeholders, both Italian and International
- Develop, together with the Hospitality Agency and internal departments, a communication strategy for Hospitality guests
- Produce, together with the Hospitality Agency, training materials for Hospitality Staff
- Manage, together with the appointed Hospitality Agency, the operational implementation of Hospitality Program (including a routine to measure guest satisfaction) during Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic & Paralympic Games – transportation, accommodations, food & beverages, entertainment, security, gifts, tickets
- Develop sustainability strategy for local hospitality together with the Hospitality Director
*Non-exhaustive - This role will evolve over time, other responsibilities may be assigned to the incumbent who should demonstrate agility and flexibility.
Key skills and experience required
- Previous event management experience
- Previous hospitality experience in the sport industry
- Excellent organization and planning skills
- Ability to perform under high pressure
- Superior personal presentation and communication ability
- Understanding of customer needs
- Pro-active worker, energy, initiative, coming with solutions together when flagging problems, with a flexible attitude to deal with changing priorities and multiple decision makers
- Rigorous and high attention to detail
- Willingness to learn, curious, import best practices and challenge the status quo
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills, commitment to teamwork and ability to deal with cross-functional teams and projects
- Passionate with Sport and Olympic & Paralympic movement and values
- Fluent in Italian and English
