Job Profile Summary
Manage the corporate learning & leadership development portfolio and lead regional learning & leadership development partners that will drive value by establishing, reviewing and improving learning programs. Collaborate with management and stakeholders to streamline learning efficiencies and expand the talent and skills to assist with the organization’s success by developing its people.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Oversee the facilitation of learning programs for our corporate locations, in both classroom and virtual environments, creating a comfortable, inclusive and engaging learning environment for meaningful discovery, discussion and collaboration.

Evaluate learning needs through surveys, interviews and performance gaps to identify opportunities, priorities, and recommend interventions within courseware and software to improve organizational performance.

Lead an iterative approach to designing and delivering innovative development initiatives tied to measurable business results that meet stakeholder needs and development objectives. Leverage best in class techniques and tools, offer on-going, immersive and engaging learning experiences that include education, experience and exposure opportunities.

Develop staple curriculums for all employees including emerging leaders.

Work closely with various leaders across the organization to gain knowledge of the business and capture learning needs.

Utilize different modalities of learning, including e-learning, microlearning, and mobile learning.

Build relationships with 3rd party learning providers to ensure optimal results and on time, within budget delivery of learning products.

Manage and mentor the development of the HR department from a learning perspective.

Monitor trends and best practices to improve performance and engage the modern learner, incorporating innovative solutions into content design and development recommendations.

Develop evaluation methods and initiatives to measure effectiveness of learning programs and bring recommendations.
Education

Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources or related field and/or a combination of formal education including the following job-related experience:
