Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Support IT leadership for IT Budget, return on investment/NPV analysis of AT Portfolio, and leading CAPEX & OPEX to-plan
• Leading distributed team of talent including resource management to labor targets and continuously bar-raising performance management
• Deliver on Project Portfolio and business commitments demonstrating innovative technologies while supporting existing legacy solutions
• Running resource allocation and workload analysis resolving constraints/gaps when necessary
• Providing a safe, inclusive, and ethical work environment

This role will partner closely with business team members to define solution roadmaps merging innovative technologies with cost-effective business enablement. Also partnering with global peer IT leaders to deliver multi-functional solutions despite ambiguity.

Other Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Occasional updates and participation in IT Leadership meetings as well as collaboration with other IT groups/functions
• A focus on user experience will require regular engagement directly with solution partners
• Anticipate and communicate risks that may arise during solution delivery and ensure that appropriate mitigation actions are in place
• Develop a succession management strategy and periodically participate talent review alignment across the IT department

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in working as a software engineer or a software lead or solution architect designing and implementing large-scale systems. Familiar with OOP, C#, C++, Angular JS, Javascript, Web technologies, Git, Solace, OpenShift, Database, Unit Test, Linux.
• Good communication and collaboration skills. Good skills on problem solving and analysis
• Experience in creating clear, concise documentation for a multi-tier architectural model and to discuss technical matters effectively with business end users
• Experienced knowledge of enterprise application integration and an understanding of integration considerations such as process orchestration, custom data integration, and master data management
• Understanding of design patterns, principles, and frameworks
• Working knowledge of UI/UIX design principles
• A good understanding of the architectural principals of cloud-based platforms including SaaS, PaaS, multi-tenancy, multi-tiered infrastructure and application servers
• A good knowledge of the FE/AT mfg systems domain, the operation support, standards & issues involved in multi-tier, multi-tenant applications
• Track record of being proactive, identifying gaps, making constructive suggestions and follow through to resolution
• Experience speaking publicly to leadership
