Job Description

  • The Manager I, Data & Insight (Data Analyst) will be responsible for analyzing data, developing reports, and providing insights that support the client impact initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, prepare, and analyze large and complex data sets using statistical techniques and data visualization tools. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, tools, and techniques in data analysis and machine learning
  • Design and develop dashboards and reports that provide insights into business performance, trends, and opportunities. Provide data-driven recommendations to support business decisions. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and opportunities for data analysis

  • Assist manager to develop and implement data models, algorithms, and statistical models to support predictive analytics and machine learning initiatives. Maintain and improve data quality, accuracy, and completeness

Preferred Skills

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., TableauPower BI)
  • Experience with data modeling, machine learning, and statistical analysis techniques
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working in the insurance industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python or other relevant programming languages is a plus
  • Experience with data governance and regulatory compliance is a plus

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer ScienceMathematicsStatistics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related field
