- The Manager I, Data & Insight (Data Analyst) will be responsible for analyzing data, developing reports, and providing insights that support the client impact initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Collect, prepare, and analyze large and complex data sets using statistical techniques and data visualization tools. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, tools, and techniques in data analysis and machine learning

Design and develop dashboards and reports that provide insights into business performance, trends, and opportunities. Provide data-driven recommendations to support business decisions. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and opportunities for data analysis

Assist manager to develop and implement data models, algorithms, and statistical models to support predictive analytics and machine learning initiatives. Maintain and improve data quality, accuracy, and completeness
Preferred Skills
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with data modeling, machine learning, and statistical analysis techniques
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working in the insurance industry is a plus
- Knowledge of SQL, Python or other relevant programming languages is a plus
- Experience with data governance and regulatory compliance is a plus
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related field
