Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the development of the CEP and its relevant platforms to drive business goals from end to end.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful and quality digital solutions within scope, time, and budget constraints, from initiation to retrospective.
  • Support the business owner in constructing business cases to seek stakeholders’ support.
  • Identify actionable backlogs from voice of client and advisors in order to capture business opportunities to uplift client satisfaction and sales. Implement product backlog to meet evolving client needs in protection and service.
  • Coordinate with UX/UI designers to develop client journeys using best practices.
  • Ensure delivered solutions meet quality standards and adhere to best practices in digital delivery.
  • Streamline existing processes to gain cost savings and/or improve team productivity.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in digital product, digital delivery, mobile application, client experience, and/or project management.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a must, with greater advantage for successfully delivering client or advisor facing solutions.
  • Confident in the ability to translate complex logics to simple and concise presentation to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Candidates with PSM, PSPO or PMP certification will be in advantage.
  • Fluency in English with Cantonese/Mandarin is an added advantager
