Job responsibilities
- Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management
- Drive HR process optimization and enhancements with a focus on improving operational efficiency
- Supervise the payroll process and salary structures
- Supervise HR budget and impacts of wage changes
- Manage employee development programs including CD, OD as well as mandatory training programs
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to align with business needs and legal requirements
- Lead the HRIS project including system upgrades and optimization with stakeholders
- Support other functions regarding workplace conflicts, performance issues, and disciplinary actions
- Lead collective bargaining processes and wage negotiation / handle and review union issues
- Plan and design employee events
Requirments
- Over 17 years of related experience in Human Resources within MFG environments
- Bachelor’s degree or above in management or other related majors
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws
- Proficiency in organizational development and negotiation with Union
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English and Korean
