WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
The HR Operations Manager ensures that human resource programs support the long-term
goals of the board. This position performs professional work of considerable difficulty
overseeing a range of administrative functions related to human resource management,
employee development and customer service. This position may also develop and conduct
regular HR training for employees and supervisors.
This role helps ensure compliance with applicable Federal, State, and City laws/ordinances;
provides information and assistance to employees regarding human resources activities,
processes, policies, and procedures.
If required for this role, you will:
- Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter
- Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures such as (but not limited to):
> Data Classification, Retention & Handling Policy
> Incident Response Policy/Procedures
> Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Policy/Procedures
> Mobile Device Policy
> Account Management Policy
> Access Control Policy
> Personnel Security Policy
> Privacy Policy
