Who is your future team?

The Global Order Management and Planning team plays a key role in meeting customer expectations and delivering on promises. The team consists of 12 skilled and dedicated professionals who make things happen! They are Master Schedulers, Global Planners, Process Developers, and Global Order Fulfillment Specialists. Key responsibilities include manage the global order process, support regional order offices, develop and execute customer order plans and production schedules, optimize finished goods inventory levels, monitor and improve Service Level and Delivery Performance rates, and continuously refine processes to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

The team is a newly formed team resulting from the integration of our Global Order team and Global CLC Planning team. As a part of this integration, this manager role is also new. The team bring their current assignments and expertise, while also taking on new roles and responsibilities to match our continued growth and demand. As the team leader for this newly formed team, you will play a key role in building the team's direction and strategy, establishing its foundation, and define the team´s future success.

Through close collaboration with stakeholders, the team ensure timely product delivery, develop enhanced capabilities, and planning alignment, ultimately providing a trustworthy and seamless experience for our customers while driving business growth and supporting Axis' strategic objectives.

You will also join our Demand & Supply Management team, part of Axis Global Supply Chain. The Demand & Supply organization consists of Demand Planning, Enterprise Sales Projects Planning, Supply Planning, S&OE and S&OP ownership and lead, responsible for demand and supply planning and execution.

What will you o?

As Manager for this team your key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Lead and mentor the team. Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure the team has the necessary skills and expertise to excel in their roles.
• Drive operational as well as strategic development to ensure that the function achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction in alignment with Axis business objectives.
• Foster strategic execution and planning excellence through cross-functional collaboration, promoting a culture of communication, transparency and alignment across Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
• Actively contribute to the Demand & Supply management team, setting and driving the strategic direction of the organization together.
• Lead the integration of the two teams into a single high-performing unit, build and align the assignment and roles with Supply Chain strategies and business objectives.
• Strengthen a seamless demand and supply planning and execution within the Demand and Supply organization.

You and your team will be a vital part of our S&OE and S&OP processes and collaborate closely with Sales, Demand Planning, Supply, regional configuration-and logistic sites and distribution partners, amongst others.

The position is based at our HQ in Lund and involves travelling, approx. 5-20 days/year.

You will report to the Demand & Supply Director.

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong business, analytical and organizational skills to support strategic decision-making.

• A proactive mindset, always seeking opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Strong communication skills and fluent in English.
