Job Description
- To plan, coordinate and organize required resources to meet planned production schedules.
- To ensure compliance of HACCP, GMP and ISO requirements to meet stringent quality expectation by customers.
- To continuously review and monitor of operating results in order to find continuous improvements on procedures, methods, effectiveness and resource utilization.
- To ensure production yield and productivity are met with set target with minimum processing cost and timely corrective actions are taken as and when necessary.
- To maintain product standards through training, awareness programs and high level of housekeeping exercises.
- To initiate trouble shooting to resolve problems arising from production.
- To lead and motivate subordinates to enable them to work together effectively and productively.
- Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.
Qualifications
- Degree in Food Science / Food Technology / Food Processing Engineering or related field preferred
- Possess at least 5 years of experience in related industry.
