Job Description
Sutherland is looking for a talented Manager of Field Marketing who will support the strategy, development, and execution of all field marketing initiatives across Europe. In this hands-on role, you will work closely with the sales, global marketing, and cross-functional teams to build and execute campaigns and marketing initiatives that drive demand, generate leads, activate accounts and increase customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Management:
Plan and execute events, including trade shows, conferences, and customer-focused activities, ensuring impactful lead generation and brand visibility. Ensure productivity pre-event, during event and post-event. Partner with Sales to deliver ROI and the global events team to ensure sharing of best practices. - Sales Collaboration:
Partner with Europe sales leadership to align marketing activities with regional sales objectives, providing marketing support and insight to drive pipeline growth. - Campaign Planning and Execution:
Create and execute localized marketing programs, for example, digital (social, email), client visit experiences and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives in line with central team, to engage prospects and customers throughout the buyer journey. - Collateral Creation:
Regionalize collateral for events, customer visits, regional website experiences, etc. Create/support the creation of new collateral such as video (event video coverage, testimonials, demo videos, etc), podcasts and social media posts for Sales. - Campaign Analysis:
Measure the effectiveness of field marketing programs through key metrics and analytics, and provide data-driven insights to optimize campaigns for better performance and ROI. - Market Knowledge:
Stay up to date on market trends, competitive activity, and customer preferences in the Europe region, and adapt marketing strategies accordingly to stay ahead of the curve. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with global marketing teams and other internal departments to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with broader marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Experience working with a IT/Tech Services/BPO company with knowledge across various industries - Healthcare/Retail/Travel/Tech/Communications, Media & Entertainment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in field marketing or regional marketing roles.
- Proven experience executing field marketing programs in the Europe region.
- Strong understanding of Europe market dynamics, cultural nuances, and regional regulations.
- Experience collaborating with sales teams and understanding the sales cycle in a regional context.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with marketing automaton tools, CRM tools, and ABM platforms.
