What are we looking for:

We're proactively seeking a Manager - EMEA Business Development to own, lead, manage and further develop our most amazing EMEA Business Development Team to help us on this path and meet our growth objectives.

As an energetic self-starter, you’re a strong communicator, with experience in enabling and developing future sales talent, all the while generating ARR for the business. You'll be responsible for driving EMEA's sales growth through strategic planning, team management and enablement, as well as collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Management: Responsible for managing, enabling, and developing a Team of 6 BDRs, covering the EMEA region
  2. Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold outreach, and industry events
  3. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  4. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscapes
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and other departments to align strategies and support business growth
  6. Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and provide accurate forecasting

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing a Team, as well as in recruiting & retaining top-talent
  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel and work across different time zones as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Direct Sales experience (full sales cycles)
  • MEDDPICC knowledge & understanding
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce & HubSpot)
  • Knowledge of the automation, software testing, or digital transformation market.

Location:

The primary office location for this role is Old Street in London but we are headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark and have other local offices across Europe, the US and Asia.
