We are now looking for a talented Manager to join our Digital & Process Performance Business Partnering organization, and to play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation, leverage digital tools to create business value, and act as a bridge between business and IT teams. This is an opportunity to contribute to our strategic initiatives and work closely with senior business stakeholders.

The Digital & Process Performance function serves as the transformation engine driving the upgrade of our digital core. By digitalizing our operations, we aim to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, deliver superior customer experiences, mitigate risks, and ensure business continuity—all while paving the way for next-generation innovations.

The Digital & Process Performance (DDP) function is organized into key teams to drive transformation effectively. Processes & Applications focuses on modernizing core business processes, while Data & Analytics enables data-driven decision-making. Business Partnering  organization supports and develops segment applications, analytics and reporting capabilities, segment-specific PMOs, and ERP roll-out management. IT Operations ensures reliable and secure IT infrastructure, and the Transformation Management Office drives Huhtamaki wide business transformation initiatives with strategic goals.

This role reports to the Vice-President, DPP Business Partner, Fiber and Foodservice, and is preferably located in our HQ, Espoo Finland.

Responsibilities and key activities:

• Lead collaboration with business and IT teams to gather, document, and analyze complex business requirements
• Contribute to development of strategic roadmaps, and aligning them to business and digital strategy priorities
• Lead project management activities related to Business Segments and IT interface, ensuring timely and successful project delivery
• Conduct in-depth analysis of business operations to identify and implement opportunities for significant improvement
• Provide strategic support for the development and implementation of advanced business solutions
• Ensure alignment of business processes with overall business strategy and organizational goals

Requirements for the role:

• Master’s degree in business, IT, or a related field (min. Bachelor’s degree)
• Approx. 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, project management, business analytics, or management consulting
• Proven ability to lead and document complex business processes and requirements
• Strong expertise in business process improvement methodologies and best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, senior stakeholder communication skills are a plus
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with advanced data analysis tools and techniques is a plus
• Strong command in Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English
• Willingness to travel
