Reporting to the Director of Customer Supply Chain, you will implement critical Supply Chain plans and develop procedures to improve internal and external Supply Chain processes. You will collaborate across the Supply Chain organization and other teams to achieve best practices in Customer Supply Chain management.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the Subject Matter Expert in our end-to-end Supply Chain network, looking for continuous improvement across the spectrum and ways to enhance it with our customers (Walmart and Sam's Club)

  • Liaise between our company and our customers, advocating for a customer-centric mindset and customer best practices throughout the Supply Chain organization

  • Lead customer interactions with our leaders in Customer Replenishment, Supply Chain Services, Transportation and Warehouse Operations

  • Partner with our CPFR teams to manage results and communications to our customers

  • Manage our customer efficiency policies and programs and develop processes to minimize costs and maximize efficiencies

  • Manage customer performance scorecards and indicators and provide insights on how to improve performance

  • Coordinate integration efforts for M&A businesses for respective customers

  • Perform periodic Supply Chain business reviews both internally and with our customers

  • Partner with our Sales teams on increasing sales and improving profitability

  • Responsible for Supply Chain components of vendor agreements and contracts

  • Facilitate demand planning activities associated with major events, network transitions, new and discontinued items

  • Review trends, opportunities, impacts, and risks while developing plans and solution deliverables. Present findings to create understanding, agreement and informed decision-making

What You'll Bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years related business experience (Warehousing, Transportation, Sales and Operations Planning, Customer Service)

  • Previous work experience with Walmart and Sam's Club, or equivalent

  • Experience communicating with and presenting with higher level management

  • Experience with customer system (Retail Link, Luminate, Nova, Aspen, Scheduler and Supplier One) and Excel or other data analysis/mining software

  • Experience with forecasting, replenishment, and supply chain practices

  • Experience developing data-driven analytical models of multiple operations

  • Continuous Improvement and collaboration experience

This role is based in Rogers, AR Conagra sales office and will have up to 15% traveling when needed. Relocation assistance is available for this position. Preference will be given to local candidates.

Compensation: 

Pay Range:$104,000-$152,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
