Job Purpose:
The Manager, Creative Process is an integral part of the Shopper Marketing team within the North America Sales Team. This individual operates as the Omni Shopper Marketing strategic point-of-contact for brand teams as they work to develop winning programs and strategics downstream to our customer marketing teams.
Essential responsibilities:
• Key point of contact to Omnichannel Shopper Marketing Customer Teams and Brand Teams.
• Partner with Brand Teams to identify and develop strategy and creatives for omnichannel shopper programs that align with both customer objectives as well as internal sales and brand team goals
• Collaborate with Brand Teams to develop omnichannel programs and national strategy, facilitating seamless briefings for Omnichannel Shopper Marketing Customer Teams to execute at various retailers
• Brief agency team(s) and internal partners on omnichannel shopper marketing activations, providing clear guidance on strategy and success criteria
• Own relationship with Creative Agency Team to develop national omnichannel shopper marketing programs, inclusive of creative reviews and feedback
• Own budget management/reporting and ongoing process improvement for Omnichannel Shopper Marketing Customer Teams and Brand Teams
• Collaborate closely with Omnichannel Shopper Marketing Customer Teams, Retail Media Team and Brand Teams to adapt strategies and tactics based on performance data
• Establish new routines and rituals to improve communication and knowledge sharing between the field, Brand Teams, Omnichannel Shopper Marketing Customer Teams and leadership
• Streamline share outs on customer Omnichannel Shopper Marketing program plans, performance and key learnings
• Partner with Business Analytics to deliver eCommerce performance KPI updates to BU partners; Work with BU partners and omni customer teams to drive MBO performance
Experience:
• Consumer package goods industry experience or similar experience
• Strong commercially grounded brand management background (Preferred: Platform Marketing Experience)
• Strong at forging internal/external relationships and commanding trust/respect of others
• Proven track record to coordinate a strategic vision and a team of individuals in a fast-paced, results driven environment
• Creative Agency Leadership including creative review and feedback
• General understanding of customer marketing tactics, go to market planning, and working knowledge of retail media
• Strong sales, finance, category planning and/or analytical background
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including reporting and presentation skills
• Excellent organization and project management skills
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$102,100.00 - $127,600.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
