This role offers the unique opportunity to shape and lead the consumer marketing strategy, implement innovative campaigns and directly impact the success of one of the most trusted and highest-rated cybersecurity applications globally. This is a 100% remote position from select locations, with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates who live near our global headquarters in Chicago.

About the Role

Join an elite team of highly skilled marketing professionals and lead the strategy and execution to scale Keeper’s consumer business to the next level. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Global Marketing, you will oversee critical growth initiatives, from crafting acquisition strategies and optimizing campaigns to launching innovative marketing programs that drive measurable results. This role combines growth hacking, digital marketing expertise and a deep understanding of consumer behavior to scale our customer base in a highly competitive market.  If you’re looking for a dynamic, fast-paced environment with the resources and support to execute bold ideas, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and own the overarching consumer marketing strategy, driving growth through innovative campaigns, data-driven decisions and impactful user acquisition programs
  • Acquisition and Growth: Build and execute full-funnel, multi-channel user acquisition strategies to drive registrations, conversions and ARR growth. This includes expanding the ARR of current paid users through promotion of add-ons
  • Experimentation and Optimization: Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments across web, email, app store and in-app channels to continuously optimize performance. Measure and analyze results to improve KPIs such as LTV, CAC, ARR and LTV:CAC ratios
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Monitor acquisition metrics, identify opportunities and make data-backed recommendations to optimize campaign performance and efficiency
  • Digital Channel Management: Oversee and optimize digital marketing channels globally, including Apple Search Ads, App Store Optimization (ASO) and email
  • Performance Reporting: Regularly report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
  • 6+ years of growth marketing experience in global consumer SaaS, with a proven track record of acquiring users at scale and driving ARR growth
  • 3+ years of experience owning the consumer strategy at a high-growth technology company 
  • Demonstrated expertise in performance marketing, CRO, A/B testing and analytics to drive measurable results
  • Strong ability to lead, prioritize and manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
  • Experience with consumer engagement platforms (Braze, Iterable, etc.), Apple Search Ads, paid social and influencer marketing
  • Someone who is innovative, fast-paced, energetic and a great cross-functional team collaborator
  • Results-driven, analytical, yet pragmatic, with a bias for action
