- Spearhead the development and rollout of yearly variable/bonus plans for Global GCS members in line with the corporate strategy.
- Lead the development, oversight, and execution of comprehensive GCS-wide compensation plans, policies, and programs at a global scale.
- Ensure all compensation policy/plan changes are aligned with the established Compensation guidelines.
- Act as the central point of contact to address field queries and concerns related to both regional and individual compensation plans, providing expert guidance and solutions.
- Oversee the maintenance of systems and data related to the GCS plans, ensuring accuracy & integrity of data.
- Work with both Operations and the Rewards team to assist in any compensation structure where analysis around bell-curve payout is required.
- Lead the preparation of comprehensive compensation reporting dashboards, providing insights into actual achievement versus targets and supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure the establishment and maintenance of robust processes and policies that facilitate the seamless release of Compensation plans across the organization.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of current compensation programs, including metrics, goal-setting, and actual achievement against plans. Make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Work in conjunction with the Operational Senior Manager of GCS to assist in the structure, roll-out and tracking of yearly Compensation plans.
- Guide the strategic redesign and deployment of the GCS compensation programs to align with critical business objectives.
- Serve as a trusted counsel and resource on compensation systems, processes, and administration, providing guidance to senior leadership and other internal teams.
- Contribute company data to compensation surveys and analyze results. Predict future compensation trends and advise senior leadership on competitive and emerging market practices.
- Research employee compensation plans, bonuses, and commissions in similar industries. Based on findings, recommend changes or updates to the company's existing plans or policies. Continually challenging the current structure to drive operational best practices.
- Ensure company compliance with relevant compensation laws and regulations, reviewing a wide range of compensation and commission data to maintain competitive bonus plans and policies.
- Provide support and training for the execution of the commissions processes, ensuring accuracy and fairness.
- Conduct in-depth business analytics and provide executive-level reporting for the Sales & Finance teams regarding commissions and commission-based metrics.
Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a similar field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Experience with XACTLY INCENT® Incentive Compensation Management Software.
- Proficiency in compensation research and data analysis, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Extensive knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
- In-depth understanding of human resource laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), HRIS systems, and similar software.
- Extensive proven work experience as a Manager/ Senior Manager of Compensation (Commissions/Bonus related) or in a similar role in an international environment.
- Rich Understand of working/delivery business models of an large multinational IT company with geographical footprint.
- Has worked extensively, created compensation plans including variable, bonus, incentives for large, diversified group spread in different geographies.
- In-depth understanding of comp strategy especially in IT company;
- Global benchmarking
- Compensation plan modeling w.r.t region, designation roles etc.
- Outstanding people and communication skills.
- Goal orientated with a focus on meeting agreed deadlines
- The position will require a strong strategic thinker, who can demonstrate their ability to think both operationally, as well as commercially.
- Previous experience working in a Finance team would be desirable
