We are looking for an experienced Accounting Operations Manager to oversee and manage accounting and billing operations for specific clients. The Manager of Accounting Operations will be responsible for overseeing our Airline Billing team, ensuring that all transactions are accurately invoiced. The Manager of Accounting Operations will also be responsible for controlling the monthly reporting process and maintaining effective internal controls.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely reconciliations and reporting to our Clients
- Coordinate with our Clients to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Airline Billing department
- Ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded in our proprietary system
- Collaborate with other departments (including IT and Product) as well as third party suppliers to ensure timely and accurate reporting of information to our Clients
- Lead development of internal controls with focus on process improvement and automation
- Communicate effectively with the team, stakeholders, and other relevant parties

- Proficiency in NetSuite is a plus
- Intermediate/advanced MS Office skills required, including advanced Excel formulas
- BA in Accounting or Finance
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
Full time, Monday through Friday, normal core business hours. Occasional nights and weekends may be required as job duties demand. Position is hybrid, requiring a minimum of 3 days in the office.

Compensation
Good faith annual salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 and is commensurate with experience and location.
