RapidScale is seeking an experienced Manager of ABM and Digital Advertising to lead and execute a comprehensive digital advertising strategy across multiple platforms. This role will focus on account-based marketing (ABM) , search engine marketing (SEM) , search engine optimization (SEO) , social advertising , and additional digital media channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and brand visibility. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in data-driven marketing, a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, and proven experience optimizing campaigns across channels for performance and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Account-Based Marketing (ABM):
- Develop and implement ABM strategies targeting high-value accounts, in close collaboration with sales and customer success teams.
- Leverage intent data to create tailored ad campaigns that resonate with key stakeholders and buying group members.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize targeting, creatives, and budget allocation to maximize ROI.
Social Advertising:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid social campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter).
- Develop platform-specific audience segments and creative strategies.
- Monitor campaign analytics to refine performance and ensure ROI goals are met.
Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & SEO:
- Lead SEM campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms, including keyword research, bidding strategy, and ad copy creation.
- Optimize campaigns to drive high-quality traffic and align paid strategies with organic SEO efforts.
- Build and maintain an SEO strategy to continually improve organic rankings and search visibility.
Website Analytics & Optimization:
- Manage Google Analytics for RapidScale and deliver regular insights and performance reports.
- Recommend strategies to improve website traffic, engagement, and conversion through content, UX, or promotional initiatives.
Other Digital Media & Emerging Channels:
- Manage digital advertising across display networks, video, and other emerging formats.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging, high-performing content.
- Utilize analytics platforms to assess cross-channel campaign effectiveness and guide strategic adjustments.
Strategy & Budgeting:
- Develop digital advertising strategies aligned with RapidScale's marketing and business goals.
- Create and manage campaign budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and performance tracking.
- Report on key metrics and provide data-driven insights to leadership and stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (Marketing, Business, Communications, etc.) and 6 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years' experience in a related field
- 6+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on ABM (Demandbase experience preferred), SEM, SEO, and social advertising.
- 2+ years of experience specifically with Demandbase in a professional environment
- History of success with Demandbase (or similar ABM platform), Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn and X.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
Preferred:
- Experience with HubSpot (or a similar Marketing Automation platform)
USD 90,100.00 - 150,100.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $90,100.00 - $150,100.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
Benefits:
The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
