Job Summary

Responsible for providing detailed financial and operational analysis while partnering with senior management in support of business unit decision-making, looking for risks and opportunities. Manages headcount and personnel expense planning within our Inside Sales Center to deliver plan objectives while growing the business.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

• Partners with senior management to support business planning and operational processes throughout the year.
• Analyzes financial and operational data/performance metrics, communicates findings and risks and makes suggestions to improve processes.
• Supports business unit management and other departments with informational requests and special projects.
• Possesses understanding of Company policies and procedures and continually implements and reviews policies and procedures for consistency.
• Trains, supervises and develops Finance staff. Manages the day-to-day performance of the Finance team and makes suggestions to upper management for work performance improvement.
• Performs additional Business Operations duties and tasks as required.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Provide financial and business operations support the CB inside sales team including senior leadership in support of business unit decision making.
• Identify risk and opportunities and makes business recommendations.
• Applies job knowledge, business experience, and financial understanding to make effective decisions.
• Understands the key metrics and data and uses this information to drive performance
• Makes decisions that lead to effective business results
• Accurately forecasts costs and revenues and reports results
• Possesses the functional or business expertise needed to guide others

Compensation

Primary Location Pay Range: $110,782.32 - $166,173.48

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Bachelor's Degree: Finance
