We are now looking for a Management Assistant to join our Global Sales and Marketing organization at Axis HQ in Lund.

You will in firsthand support the Global Director of Marketing and the Director of Business Development & Customer Services. In this role you have the opportunity to become a key person in an organization at the forefront of our industry.
 
Your role as a Management Assistant
Some of your main tasks will include:

• Coordination of calendars and various meetings
• Coordination of travel, both for internal staff and external visitors
• Organizing and coordinating external and internal meetings and events
• Preparation of presentation materials and reports
• Being the spider in the web when we want to get information out to the organization

Who are you?

As a person, you are very structured, meticulous and self-driven, while enjoying working in a team. You get things done and act professionally and unpretentiously in your role. We also believe that you are a driven person who is not afraid to take own initiatives. We see that you have previous experience in a coordinating role, preferably in the role as a Management or Executive Assistant. You have previous experience of a fast-paced working environment and therefore you are flexible and have good prioritization skills.

In addition to this we love for you to have:

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field
• Previous experience in an international environment and can therefore communicate fluently in Swedish and English
• Very good computer skills, especially in MS Office
• Worked on compiling presentation materials.
