We are now looking for a Management Assistant to join our team in De Lier, The Netherlands!

What will you do?

Are you looking for the next step in your career in a dynamic environment? Then we are looking for you! You will support the Managing Director and MT members at our large location in De Lier (approximately 700 employees). With your organizational talent and energy, you will support and coordinate various processes, manage schedules, and monitor action points. You will prepare presentations and documents. Additionally, you will write newsletters and important announcements. You are the first point of contact for colleagues and customers. As a true hub in the web, you organize various events and meetings, such as Management Team meetings, staff gatherings, and other assemblies/events. You are a pleasant conversation partner at every level, dare to ask the right questions, and are both independent and a true team player.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide general (administrative) support to the Managing Director and 5 MT members;

- Manage schedules and meetings for the Managing Director and MT members;

- Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations using PowerPoint;

- Participate in meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points;

- Organize meetings and workshops, including booking meeting spaces and arranging lunch/dinner;

- Manage office activities, including mail, phone, and visitor management;

- Coordinate events and meetings;

- Coordinate projects and various other tasks as assigned.

What are we looking for?

 - A relevant completed HBO degree;

- At least 3 years of work experience in a similar role, including reporting at the executive level;

- Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy;

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic environment;

- Fluent in Dutch and very proficient in English (C2 level), both verbally and in writing;

- Experienced in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams);

- High sense of responsibility and a customer-oriented, results-driven attitude;

- Environmentally aware, able to prioritize and plan effectively;

- You are integrous and discreet, with attention to detail.
