Your contribution to Prysmian's Success:
We are looking for a Machinery & Process Engineering Managerto join our office in Milan.
Reporting directly to the Group Engineering and Investments Director , you will:

Define electrical specifications for machinery used in cable production.

Select potential suppliers for electrical panels and control systems for various types of machinery.

Assist with design, installation, and commissioning at operating units
You will have the chance to:
-
Learn the multiple technological aspects connected to cable production across different phases
-
Write technical specifications for electrical systems, automatic controls, power electronics, electrical drives, and automation of electrical systems for production equipment

Take responsibility for complete projects, from development to production start-up of new equipment
-
Be part of a multinational group with affiliates in several countries, offering professional growth within a multiethnic team
You are the right fit if you have/are:

Degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Electronics
-
3/5 of experience in a similar role, preferably in process automation
-
Fluent in English
-
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
-
Decision making attitude, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
-
Strong teamwork skills, results oriented and ambitious mindset
