Expert Microsoft 365 engineer with experience in SharePoint Online configuration and administration as well as developing Power Automate flows, Power Apps and SPFx customizations.
Overview

We are seeking an expert Microsoft 365 engineer with extensive experience developing Power Automate flows, Power Apps and SPFx solutions to join our team. This role is critical in driving successful SharePoint projects and ensuring technical excellence.
ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture:
● Analyze client requirements swiftly and design comprehensive solutions using SharePoint Online, PowerApps, Power Automate, and SPFx.
● Accurately assess resource requirements for each project.
● Act as a senior technical resource for all Microsoft related development.
PowerApps and Power Automate Development:
● Proficiency in developing custom applications and workflows using PowerApps and Power Automate.
● Experience developing Power Platform connectors for web services that require authentication.
● Integrate Power Apps and Power Automate solutions with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and other collaboration features.
SharePoint on-premises:
● Experience with SharePoint on premises.
● Proficiency with the SharePoint Designer tool and SharePoint Designer workflows.
● Development experience with Timer Jobs, Farm solutions and Event receivers.
Migrations:
● Proficiency with multiple SharePoint migration tools
● Experience migrating on-premises SharePoint to SPO, tenant to tenant SPO and file share to SPO content
SharePoint Framework (SPFX) Development:
● Proficiency in SPFX web parts development using React and TypeScript.
● Ability to create custom SPFX web parts and app customizers.
Security and Compliance:
● Understand security best practices for Power Automate, PowerApps, SharePoint and SPFX development.
● Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
● Proven experience in PowerApps, Power Automate, SPFx development, SharePoint Online, and related technologies.
● Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
● Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage work efforts / priorities across multiple projects.
● Attention to detail and documentation of work performed.
