The Logo Lead is responsible for the fabrication of Logo’s and provide direction to the Fabricators. 90% of the time is spent standing and walking. Must be able to lift 25 lbs. repeatedly on a regular basis.
Key Responsibilities:

Understands plan and procedures for production/repair of FieldTurf logos through WISOPS.

Follows directions to adhere to completing project according to shipping schedule.

Ensures Logo fabricating process is flowing smoothly – meet daily targets for safety, quality and logo production.

Assists in assembling logos as needed.

Ensure logo production meets Field Turf quality assurance standards

Assists in cleanup and packaging prior to final shipment
-
Directs and works well with logo teammates to complete group efforts.

Assist in the accomplishment of Company goals.

Helps other employee to accomplish Company goals.

Follow company policies, safety procedures, and industry regulations to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
Qualifications and Requirements:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure

Ability to solve practical problems

Ability to read and understand documents
-
Ability to communicate effectively with Supervisor and or Management

Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Supervision and or Management.

Strong Computer Skills
Education:
-
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred but not required; or one to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
